As a television writer/producer, her credits include Black-ish, Ben and Kate, Trophy Wife, Happy Endings, Ugly Betty, and Andy Barker, PI. Her four seasons on Will & Grace have earned her three Emmy award nominations.
Additionally, she is a founding member of the Unusual Suspects, a non-profit organization, which teaches youths in juvenile hall and group homes how to create and stage group-written plays via improvisation and collaboration. She has taught writing and improvisation workshops to underserved students and adults in New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC.
